No, there was an earlier post which highlighted that insiders do not own majority interest since there is a venture co. that has a sizable share. The point I was trying to make is that this company is not recognized by the street and its' price is cheap relative to its' book value. If insiders controlled the majority interest, then a hostile takeover for its' cash value and technology would be out of the question. I now stand corrected subject to reading the 10k more carefully. I hope I didn't confuse you even more! All the best!
