There sorta is. We do know there was a Buk in rebel territory. Positioned where it could have done the job. There was the conversations intercepted by the Ukrainians. There was those posts on a Russian social media site where the rebels took credit for downing an aircraft. A there is a video of a Buk with a missing missile or two crossing the border into Russia.

All circumstantial. But it doesn't look good for the rebels.
