Steve, I just found this website from jpmorgan accessing any market and any stock anywhere. They also include the stocks with most volume on the mkt chosen, such as brazil electrobras, telebras,etc. It looks to be quite sophisticated. Doesn't help with the mkt direction or timing thought! US seems to be technical driven as Favors "somewhere above 8100" corresponds to next resistance on dow at 8140. Really thought tbr needed to get lower last week to significantly reverse. Of course I haven't called anything right since I chose vacation on 7/30! Think the site is a good one if you or others don't already have it. Best, stx adr.com
