Let me begin by complimenting you on your analysis. I disagree with you that the competition will change the valuation. The thing which Intel fears the most is the market stops growing. Andy Grove stated it himself, that the greatest worry Intel has is that the business users stop upgrading computers after the pentinum 200mhz. There is a real possibility after the 200mhz pentinum or PPro there isn't a real need to upgrade, for a while. This could result in decrease revenue possibly resulting in Intel reducing prices of the processors hoping to jump start demand.
