Sam, I think the small spread is a function of the recent narrow range. I am wary of "shareholder-friendly" suggestions. I think management must concentrate all its efforts on being "customer-friendly", and shareholders will like the results. I don't see a significant benefit to a NYSE listing. NASDAQ is evolving (improving??). Cary
