It is an old point that was raised by myself and others in numerous posts months ago when this suit first reared its ugly head. It now appears that others are beginning to digest the idea. Really it isn't brilliant it is just common sense and the metaphor was actually sent to MSFT and their attorneys at the time of the Windows 95 decision. It is good to know that others have come to the same conclusion on their own albeit later in the game. JFD
