Jan this communication is not to you. This thread has really deteriorated. Some of you must be really spoiled over the last 7 or 8 years. Most of you appear quite bright, but very impatient and all knowing about managers and management decisions you can't control. Good trading to whom this applies. If you can help the decision making of this company - please do so.
