"US move worries New Delhi" timesofindia.com The US decision to dilute the sanctions that it had imposed on India and Pakistan worries India because the US could then sell military hardware to Pakistan. Since India buys little or no military hardware from the US (and relies on outdated Soviet junk instead), it has cause to worry. So, whatever happened to the all those grandiose theories that the US has sided with India and will "punish" Pakistan? Out the window?!<g>
