Total Entertainment Signs Co-Branding Agreement with Norstar; Agreement will facilitate navigation between play-for-fun and play-for-money sites

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2000--Total Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:TTLN) announced today that it has signed a co-branding agreement with Norstar Group, Inc.(OTCBB:NSTG), owner of VeeAreCity.com. Under the terms of the two-year contract, both companies will promote the offerings of the other and be able to sell advertising space on the other's Web sites starting April 15, 2000.

The Norstar Web site, www.VeeAreCity.com, currently offers links to news, weather, sports, games and chat as well as financial and other information. Using software provided by Total Entertainment, the company will now also provide a non-gambling casino game, the Fun Casino.

Through the use of online logos, buttons and banners, Total Entertainment and Norstar will promote the other's offerings on their own Web sites. Users will therefore be able to navigate easily between Total Entertainment's play-for-money games and Norstar's play-for-fun games, as well as benefit from the many information links provided on the Web sites of both companies.

In addition, both companies will be able to advertise on the other's Web sites. The company that sells the advertising space will receive 65 of gross advertising revenues generated from the placement of the ad.

"All the different elements of Total Entertainment's marketing strategy are falling into place," said Mitchell Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer of Total Entertainment. "We are continually improving our gaming sites, providing hosting services to new gaming companies and establishing co-branding partnerships. This agreement with Norstar and our previous agreement with NetforFun.com are excellent examples of how we will continue to increase our online visibility."
