(OTC Bulletin Board: EBLD) today announced that it has filed a Form SB-2
Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Upon the effectiveness of the Registration Statement, Entertainment Boulevard
will become a fully reporting company. The filings are publicly available for
viewing at the SEC's Web site (www.sec.gov).
The registration statement, which was filed pursuant to certain
contractual commitments, will enable the resale of the company's common stock
by certain stockholders and warrant holders.
