I agree. Alcatel seems to be posturing for some sort of a "deal." Market seems to be agreeing as well as the JDSU/ETEK spread is narrowing today. But the situation may change by this afternoon. ;) Appears to me that JDSU and ETEK are now in the grasp of the arbs. FWIW, your following of this issue seems so far to have been right on the money...
