George, You'd think I'd know what the hell caused that TRID >10% jump but even I don't have a clue. Some of my buddies are scratching their heads wondering the same thing. There were some interesting TRID product releases last week, but no news I could find that would tie to this jump. It's the ones like this that scare the hell out of me... Good luck. Ski
