Heck! I'm just proud to be better looking than he is and that I have more hair on my head.(:>) One final tidbit about Norm and I will move on to better things. How many people would endure the rigors of medical school and then never practice medicine one day as a physician. He went directly from medical school into the NASA program only because his wife submitted an application for him , since he didn't have the time. He was the first MD in the astronaut program and was moved up to the first Sally Ride mission(I saw the launch)to try and find out why many of the astronauts have major "barfing" problems in space. With his engineering background he also worked on the mechanical arm(developed by the Canadians),used to retrieve objects in space.

He is retired now from NASA and back at his alma mater teaching engineering. Sure would like for AENG to submit their engine to him for his testing.
