As a first guees, maybe MSN isn't working off consolidated figures. The recent merger with ISI and acquisition of EST makes analysis of WIND pretty tricky if you're looking at year-over-year, or q-to-q. If MSN's data source didn't plug in the new, consolidated numbers, they're comparing RAM to ROM. <g>
