You need to get a grip on reality. Few cardiac surgeons make a million a year from their practices (on average, around the country, they make in the area of $400K). I don't know how ANY of them could make $10M.

Maybe you were being facetious? Or are you just delusional?

Given the commitment these people make to obtain the necessary education and experience to do this work, they may be the most underpaid individuals on earth (referring to physicians, in general).

I would also add that if you look at real dollars, many if not most of these guys are making less today than they were 20 years ago.
