If a fund manager has confidence of 10% or more rise in a stock over 6-12 months, that stock won't be sold just to "keep relative positions
inline". Funds, especially mid-small cap growth often attain major
"imbalance" due to outsized apprecation of a few names. No one sells
just because of that. Makes no sense. Selling is motivated by
assessment of risk-reward versus other investment alternatives.
