I hope the recount is allowed to determine the Presidency, with the agreement of both parties.

Don't forget that any person can sue. We can only hope that individuals prone to sue (or have already filed suit) will be convinced to do otherwise by the political leadership. Right now the political leadership is wagging their toungues in a way that encourages attempted court action.
