OK, Jeffery, let's see you provide a single scientific statistically signficant study that shows that insider selling can be correlated to stock prices declining. I challenge you. You will not be able to find such a study because whether you want to accept it or not there is NO correlation. For every example of a stock decreaseing after insiders sold, there are examples of stock prices increasing after insiders sold. It all depends on why they are selling. Some execs do sell because of impending doom but this is not a general rule. Insider buying, in my opinion, is a bullish signal. Insider selling may or may not mean anything, thus no correlation to price.
