No where is written that total despair must happen for a bottom to occur. That is a myth. I believe investors are better informed now then ever before and are reacting quicker then in the past. They are smarter, they don't to have it hammered into their heads. More of them are in the market then ever before, and the bulk of them are long term investors via funds. Because of the above, the market will be looking out beyond the what was the norm in the past of 6 months to nine, and will be more tolerant of bad news. They are not buying the fall the market condition, they are buying the winter market conditions. IMHO. B
