Registering shares did not seem to have any effect at NPEC.

I may be wrong, but I think this whole short thing is overblown when it comes to BB stocks.

The little guy can't short and I'm not convinced the big guys would take that much of a risk.

If there is a book on shorting that might enlighten me I would be willing to read it.
