Robert,

I did my homework last night and decided to buy the stock today. I based my decision on several factors: new international focus, significant cash on balance sheet, the recent restructuring, large market share, low cost producer, and the potential for a long HOT summer. I particularly like the international intiatives. I believe they could transform the company into a growth company.

I'm not much of technical analyst, so I'd appreciate an explanation on your basing comment.
