One major problem I have had with Israel is their horendous banking system. You pay to put money in, take it out, get a statement, etc. Fees everywhere. If Israel reformed its banking system I think lots of money would pour in to its banks and stocks. Jews are now wary of Switzerland and many Jews have kept money outside their country for safety reasons for decades. Unfortunately, I refuse to put money into an Israeli bank until they reform. They could easily become a Mideast banking and commerce center if they adopted investment/banking system oriented towards the consumer. Bruce
