Tom, DALY has some interesting business lines which I think may be valuable to some of the large cap oilfield service stocks that are looking to fill in their suite of products. I think they want to build the cash flow and strengthen the business before selling because right now they are trading at a significant discount to the industry multiples. If they build some critical mass before selling out, I think they could get a better price. Anyway, even if they do not sell, at less than 5x cash flow, I do not see how you get too hurt in this one.
