The TI I use resides in my head. I use charts from Canada stockwatch and also use this website and others along with newsgroups and other sources to learn what the company is doing and what others are saying. In a nutshell, I have found a pattern I look for and if there is no news posting on the newsgroups and no news releases to indicate the activity it generally means get on board because a news release with excellent results is coming. I generally find that if someone is promoting a stock on the newsgroups its going to go down, and typically insiders buy long before favourable news is released, so if a stock is moving up and has had favorable news, typically every man and his dog is starting to invest in it which is a sign for me either to bail or I have missed the boat. I find that doing this allows to pick 7-8 winners out of 10 stocks.
