Greg - after I posted the question, earning came out that nite. I think the charge took the wind out of the stk. Even if insiders accumulate some stk, that doesn't change the stark reality. It seems that the charge is real $ (possibly a penalty of withdrawing the bond deal - if someone knows better, plz post,) and considering its lo cash ratio, it can ill effort to see a drain like this. I ve not had a chance to check out its stores, but I checked out Blockbuster, pretty quiet! And one of the local video/music stores is selling a lot of blend new tapes for 7 - 10 bucks a piece. This doesn't bode well. Sorry I am not telling you good things, in case you ve a long position already (and I don't - neither long nor short,) but I thought I'd offer my impression. Hopefully, I am wrong and someone will correct me rgds Bosco
