When will NIAR mail out the proxies??? Let's flood Mistress Debbie with email and get an answer. Looks like the only way we ever get answers is to pester the bastards. BTW, notice how IRAE has moved up, CONSIDERABLY at times, on the strength of daily volumes of less than 2000 and 3000? What a crock of crap!
