This morning in the real-time quotes area of the Thomson Investor Network I noticed that a service called "Innovest" changed their rating on Berger Holdings from "hold" to "buy." Yesterday I found an interesting piece on a company in an unrelated industry that made a major acquisition. Here's the link: fool.yahoo.com I think this is good reading because Berger Holdings is expected to close on an acquisition this Friday, or some time shortly afterwards. This acquisition will double the company's size. Surprisingly, few investors seem to be jumping in on this opportunity, as the share price does not yet reflect the significance of this impending event.
