Thank you for your fascinating write-up of ABSC. I have one question. The terms of the agreements with BMY, LLY and WLA to develop and install the ultra-high throughput screening system ("UHTS") limit the number of such collaborators and users to 6 for "a limited period". Obviously, BMY, LLY, WLA and the yet unknown other 3 seek to gain competitive advantage through their co-exclusivity. To what extent is the co-exclusivity a limitation on ABSC's future opportunities? Would be useful to know what "a limited period" is in the agreements. You have referenced AFFX and INCY. AFFX is not limited in the number of chips they can sell, and INCY enters into non-exclusive licensing agreements with its clients.
