Only thing I know to do is to go to "www.ingram.com" and get a phone number from their and ask their investor relations folks to send it to you. I haven't yet started penetrating them in preparation for their IPO -- I just have a lot of confidence in the kind of job that Jerre Stead, their new CEO, will do for shareholders. Mark
