Eric, They are working on an acquisition of an already established kiosk company but at this point everything is not finalized. Earnings alone from this acquisition should create 10 cents a share earnings. This company has 9.2 million shares FD. At current PE ratios that is easily 1.50 to 2.50 dollar stock.
