Dan, If my memory serves me correctly there is 25MM shares authorized, 5.2MM issued and outstanding, and (get this!) 700K in the public float. Am I losing it, or is my memory correct? Can you confirm? Please? I am trying to get some other DD done. I think this company is trying to secure as many licenses around the country to lock out any possible competition before they release any news. They are unknown, and they want to remain that way until they are well entrenched in their niche market. It maybe awhile (although Ri Bucchieri said financials were being worked on for public release) before we see any news forthcoming. However, once the word gets around (I still believe they are the only player in this pre-paid residential phone market) we could see some quick appreciation in the stock price. Patience is a virtue, if you've mastered the virtue with EZPH you 'most probably' will be handsomely rewarded. Happy New Year to all! France '98 (the countdown has begun, 163 days to kick-off)
