The problem with dieing broke is you probably end up living broke at some point.

Tell you what, this is a topic I'm interested in and I have book (copyright 1996) prepared by CCH (makes resource materials for CPA's and is a reliable organization) which deals solely with Estate Planning and Trusts. I'll start reviewing it (but I must warn you, it's several hundred pages--if that gives you a clue as to the complexities to this topic) and see what I can find out. And I will definitely keep reviewing the postings to this thread.

Going out of town tomorrow--so if I learn of anything interesting, it will probably be Thursday before I can post.

Good luck with your unfortunate situation.

Again, it's a great topic.

Greta
