I've heard that the D&K deal has fallen apart and D&K has been sold to another company (I think it was Heartland) Has anybody heard that Badger is attempting to pickup any other directional drilling outfits? I'm still amazed that the Badger shares have only lost about 10% with the D&K deal falling apart. The stock is valued higher now than it was before D&K was announced and yet the company is essentially unchanged.
