TEVE's new web-based ordering system does look promising and I'll bet it will substantially increase revenues by either/or: a) sign-up fees from cable providers, b) more "buys" of PPV due to new marketing method (what they call the "buy rate"), c) ability to take business away from competitors. This technology apparently does not require the cable operator to purchase any additional equipment -- that makes it an easier sell.

This stuff interests me because this is something that I would probably utilize myself when it comes on board, as I suspect a good number of others.

The only thing I didn't like was the huge amount of convertible preferred stock owned by the chairman, Mr.Lenfest. It's convertible to 23M shares of common, doubling the present O/S. Man, that's scary!

I e-mailed some questions to IR regarding the PS issue as well as the availability of projected revenues and income taking the web ordering method into consideration. Will post if I get response.

If profits jump, so will the price.
