Mike, Just be careful about the usual underground cellar traps : central heating not too far, with pump engine vibrations that destroy very fast all wines, and chilling air currents that flow once in a while. Make sure that your splendid bottle does not vibrate at all (a last trap is being close to a large road, where passing trucks roar and vibrate all ground). Enjoy ! MiB
