Morgan Stanley misses some pricings, too.
Check out two recent ones, RELTEC (RLT) and Curagen (CRGN). Both priced the same week. RELTEC was especially hot, my broker couldn't get me any, but I'm hoping to get 100 shares of BRCM. Estimated range at present is 10-12. My guess is pricing above range at about 13 or so with a pop to 16 or 18. Just my .02
