I agree withthe costof capital accouting for the spread. But best thing to do is pose the question to amoco, I believe they have an e mail on their site. It would be interesting to see what their reponse is. What I'd like to know is if amoco will remain Amoco or whether it will become part of BP under the BP name. I think it would be a shame to lose the Amoco name, but sertainly a lot of execs are good to go. They need to clean up house a bit. Let us know what you find
