"Tried out the online site and my order was filled and shipped in 3 days. Sale prices are quite good!" This was NOT my experience with Chaptersglobe.com. I presently have three books on order. One book was ordered on October 21! The other two were ordered on November 1. In checking my order status at their web site I get the message, "waiting." Duh? I KNOW I am waiting. What I want to know is approximately how long should I expect to wait. I sent three e-mails. Nada. Zip. Well, not really. I did get one response back that said my question was complicated and would require some further, unspecified, particular attention. Since then, nothing. There is no telephone listed on the web page, that I can find at least. So, to get through I will have to spend some time tracking down some sort of telephone customer service. I just want an estimate as to when my books should arrive. Minimum customer service requires that a company provide timely replies to questions. I do not recommend Chaptersglobe.com as a shopping site in the absence of this minimum. This does not auger well for investors. (I don't hold a position, even short!) Buyer beware!
