I'm not sure since all of the prospectuses that I have recently read say the same thing; lots of risk, no profit, and we'll be doing business from the web. In the current climate, almost any stock related to the web has gone up in value from the opening price-so risk is somewhat limited (although I expect that sooner or later people might actually use valuations to price stocks).
