Streamline is offering the shares of common stock described in this prospectus through a number of underwriters. Banc of America Securities LLC,PaineWebber Incorporated and Dain Rauscher Wessels, a division of Dain Rauscher Incorporated, are the representatives of the underwriters. Streamline has entered into a firm commitment underwriting agreement with the representatives. Subject to the terms and conditions of the underwriting agreement, Streamline has agreed to sell to the underwriters, and the underwriters have each agreed to purchase the number of shares of common stock listed next to its name in the following table.
