Keiko There are 6 million shares outstanding on IVDO, with insiders holding 5 million (small amount of convertible still open) . I believe another 1/2 million may be in strong hands, leaving only 1/2 million in the true float. More importantly, the Vyvx agreement, which has been overlooked by investors, lends full credibility to the company and its Burstware product. It's not like we are waiting for this one to hook up with a big name, they already have. While Vyvx is not a household name, they are BIG. As for household names that IVDO is negotiating with, how about British Telecom (for Trans Atlantic bursting of video productions) and Netscape (for a plug-in, faster-than-real-time audio/video player for the Internet). I plan an update on that tech soon, but in the mean time check their web site at burst.com Michael
