Advanced Precision Technology, Inc., Announces
Relocation of Offices

LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 1999--Advanced Precision Technology Inc., (OTC
BB:APRE) a San Francisco-Bay Area based developer of innovative identity verification systems using
biometrics, today announced the relocation of the company's corporate headquarters to Livermore.

Advanced Precision moved into their new office and industrial space on August 15, 1999, located at
61-B Rickenbacker Circle, Livermore, CA 94550, about 45 miles from downtown San Francisco.

''This move allows us to lower our overhead, move closer to product engineering and testing facilities
and focus on the finalization of our initial fingerprint capture product offerings for the law enforcement,
civil and commercial marketplaces.

''Most importantly, it provides the additional space to setup warehouse and distribution facilities as
these products come from our contract manufacturing partners,'' stated Bruce A. Pastorius,
President/CEO of Advanced Precision.

The company also announced that it would it not at this time, meet the new SEC requirements and
become a fully reporting company to retain its listing on the electronic OTC-Bulletin Board. It will
continue to provide investor trading via the ''pink sheets'' and other alternative electronic trading
systems while audits and legal filings are being prepared.

''Advanced Precision is ready to exit the product development stage and enter profitable revenue
generation. All expenditures and investments are being made to bring current products to market. This
will insure the revenues and profits necessary to justify the costs of becoming and staying a fully
reporting company. We feel that this will provide greater short term and long term returns for our loyal
shareholders,'' concluded Pastorius.
