I haven't listened to 7-11's confer calls. But heck, I'm a CPA; have looked over their #'s; & for 3Q99:

- $.08 on a fully dilluted basis; or $37.7 mill in net

- another quarter or two like this, & who knows, maybe we can start paying off the debt & buying back shares at some point

- in teh meantime, I think a 20 p/e for a company growing like 7-11 would be about right. So 20 X $.32 = $6.40/share
