Although a few days old,I am posting this news release for those who may be interested. The stock has had some significant movement upward, and this news probably is a sign that Globel is getting some deserved attention.

Globel Direct, inc. Reports Record 6 Months Financial
Results with Revenues up $9.55 Million

CALGARY, ALBERTA--

Globel's net earnings increase 169% in first six months of fiscal
2000; Company expects its e-business support solutions will drive
further growth

Globel Direct, inc. (GBD: CDNX): Globel Direct, inc. ("Globel")
announced today the Company's unaudited consolidated financial
results for the first six months in fiscal 2000. Globel reports
for the first six months ending November 30, 1999 total revenues
of $10,258,465 an increase of $9,550,992 or 1350% compared to the
same period in fiscal 1999. The Company also reports EBITDA of
$1,558,261 for this six-month period, an increase of $1,249,611 or
405%. Net Earnings for Globel's first six months ending November
30, 1999 is $796,965, a $501,086 increase or 169% compared to
fiscal 1999. The Company's Fully-Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS)
for this period in fiscal 2000 are $0.045 compared to $0.039 for
the same period in fiscal 1999. The Company's Fully-Diluted
Revenue Per Share (RPS) for this period in fiscal 2000, an all
important benchmark indicator of growth, is $0.584 compared to
$0.093 for the same period in fiscal 1999.

be derived from newly launched net-marketing and e-commerce
business initiatives in direct communication and mission critical

satisfaction and loyalty for business conducted online. By
