sedar.com .. that's the prospectus from the sedars ... from memory [haven't scanned it for days] the issue was for 1.5 millions and the insiders have 1 million, so the 'float' you could say is 1.5 millions. Two things we don't yet know - 1. what proportion of that 'float' will come out in the near term at any price. 2. how many shares, if any, they gave for mycitymarket.com I think the mycitymarket deal will be for shares, that is normal for the 'qualifying transaction' i think, and may be required by the regs ... we'll know more before she opens, there will be a release and a sedar filing ....
