"Cable modem product revenues are at 10% of the total $80 million in digital infotainment revenues we are forecasting for the September quarter, and we believe there is upside to that number. We are forecasting FY2001 cable modem revenues at $55 million."

Bernard- I'm slightly confused about what CNTX calls, "Digital Infotainment." If cable modem products are forecast to be only 10% of Q400(quarter ending Sept) revenues, what makes up the other 90%?

"The company also believes that its DVB socket with Com21 has a good chance of migrating to DOCSIS, and although that process will involve competing with Broadcom, Conexant at least has the advantage of working from an existing win."

What do you make of the significance of the above? Also it seems to be implying that Broadcom is not working from the perspective of an existing DOCSIS win. Is this possible?

"We believe that another large OEM win is in the works as well."

As far as the, "another large OEM," line- it's probably pure, typical, speculation, right? Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
