"Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan, D-NY, has won support from 42 other senators for his Broadband Internet Access Act offering tax credits of up to 20% for companies that wire rural areas for high-speed Internet access. The credit would apply for five years only. The House bill is sponsored by Rep. Phil English, R-PA."
