Unfortunately NTSR is not in the cards for CSCO. CSCO made an offer when NTSR filed for its IPO, but they were turned down. Now CSCO is not interested, and NTSR mgmt does not want to work for CSCO anyway. Too bad. Looks like we'll settle for CSCC buying NTSR.
