Greenstone Resources Ltd GREShares issued 471718641997-02-25 close $16.15Wednesday Feb 26 1997Warrants Called to Trade2,000,000 common share purchase warrants in respect of 2,000,000 common shares of the company will be posted for trading on the TSE at the opening on Thursday, February 27 1997. Symbol:GRE.WT Cusip No:39573W 13 8 The listing covers warrants forming part of 100,000 units to be sold to the public on February 27 1997 at $1,000 per unit pursuant to the terms of a prospectus dated February 19 1997. Each unit consists of $1,000 principal amount of 9% senior unsecured notes (not listed) and 20 common share purchase warrants. The units will separate immediately upon closing of the public offering. Assuming the closing of the prospectus offering on February 27 1997, one warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at $15.25 on or before 5:00 pm, Toronto time, on February 28 2002. The warrants will be issued in registered form and will be governed by the terms of a warrant indenture to be dated February 27 1997 between the company and Montreal Trust Company of Canada as trustee.
