Burkhard, shareholder meeting is scheduled for June 4, in Gainesville, Florida. Main topics are:

1). Issuance of additional shares
2). Name change from Selvac Corp to Mehl/Biophile International Corp (note: Mehl is the last name of the CEO of Classy Lady)

In my research I read somewhere that laser hair removal could be a 1 billion a year industry. Selvac has the patents, Laser Tech has the equipment.

In this market the word NET or BIO in your name means an instand winner. Hope it works.
